Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans that cater specifically to their challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, or mindfulness practices to enhance each client’s emotional well-being.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation following strict confidentiality protocols and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, school counselors, and parents, to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the educational and emotional needs of students.

• Engage in psychoeducation, providing students and their families with tools to understand mental health and enhance coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of students who might be dealing with various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
