Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of students, incorporating ongoing assessments and evidence-based interventions.

• Engage in regular follow-ups with students to monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuing improvement and support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and parents, to construct cohesive treatment plans that integrate psychological and educational strategies.

• Conduct clinical assessments to identify behavioral, emotional, or psychological issues affecting students and propose interventions accordingly.

• Provide counseling and guidance to students and their families, facilitating coping strategies and promoting resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a range of issues from academic stress to mental health challenges. By fostering positive relationships with students, you will create safe spaces for discussions about their feelings and experiences, aiding them in achieving their educational and personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LICSW license in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with children and families, particularly in school or community settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in school-based mental health settings is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions based on individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
