Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will provide a range of mental health services tailored to the unique needs of students within school environments. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify student mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.

• Documenting all clinical interactions in accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborating with educational staff, including teachers and school psychologists, to create a cohesive support system for students, in addition to providing referrals to external resources as necessary.

• Participating actively in peer consultation meetings and training sessions to share insights and improve the quality of care offered to our clients.

• Offering educational workshops to students and parents about mental health awareness, coping strategies, and available services within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
