Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health concerns, resources, and unique strengths. Utilize standardized assessment tools and observational techniques during assessments to ensure thorough understanding.

• Deliver individualized therapy, as well as family and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy to promote resilience.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that clearly outline client-specific goals, therapeutic interventions, and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with school personnel, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each student.

• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessment and safety planning, to address immediate client needs in a timely and effective manner.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing EMR systems for record-keeping.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to empower clients through shared experiences and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary between USD 120,000 and 140,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
