Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of students to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care strategies to effectively address the emotional and psychological needs of students.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring that records are accurate, timely, and confidential.

• Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and other mental health professionals to create a support network around each student, ensuring holistic care and support.

• Provide education to students and families about mental health issues and resources available, fostering an environment of trust and open communication.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
