Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with assigned clients through virtual visits and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health needs.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify major mental health conditions and emotional disorders in students.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using effective therapeutic methodologies aimed at fostering resilience and recovery.

• Support clients in crisis through timely intervention and de-escalation strategies, ensuring their immediate safety while promoting long-term solutions.

• Collaborate with educational staff to ensure that mental health services are well-integrated into the students’ academic environment, participating in school meetings and programs as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of client progress, ensuring compliance with safety and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
