Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of essential roles, including but not limited to:

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy to address diverse mental health challenges faced by students.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and educational professionals to create comprehensive support systems for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents in school settings, many of whom may be encountering various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. You will work to create safe spaces for these young individuals, helping them to navigate their feelings and develop coping strategies. Educating families and school staff about mental health issues is also key to fostering an environment of understanding and support that can enhance the well-being of the entire school community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• An active state licensure as an LCSW or equivalent certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
