Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular wellness checks for students, actively engaging them in discussions about their mental health and providing timely interventions when necessary.

• Adhere strictly to facility and licensing standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations to maintain the highest quality of care.

• Provide clinical support to other team members, offering guidance and consultation during their absence to ensure continuous care delivery.

• Collaborate with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department to manage authorization and payment processes efficiently, addressing any issues proactively.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans diligently, ensuring that all records are completed and submitted in a timely manner for optimal care coordination.

• Facilitate access to local resources and services, interpreting and translating when necessary, to ensure that clients and their families receive the holistic support they need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on students within the school system, ranging from early childhood to high school age. You will work directly with children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family stressors. Your expertise will be vital in identifying individual needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with school staff to foster a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Holds an active Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, based on your experience and caseload.
