Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy services to a diverse client base, including adults, children, and families facing emotional and social challenges.

• Oversee the training and development of interns and trainees by ensuring they complete necessary documentation, comply with federal and state regulations, and receive quality clinical supervision.

• Coordinate with centralized intake functions, school site contacts, and clinical supervisors to allocate intern caseloads and address any arising concerns.

• Regularly engage in quality assurance audits of clinical documentation and client records, maintaining compliance with agency standards and funding requirements.

• Provide crisis intervention consultations via phone and in-person to ensure immediate support for clients during critical moments.

• Facilitate recruitment efforts for interns and trainees, including planning and attending recruitment events to promote our organization.

• Ensure clients' records are meticulously maintained in our electronic health record system (AWARDS) with timely data entries.

• Participate in agency-wide meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery aligned with best practices.

• Actively contribute to the development and monitoring of program objectives and therapeutic standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health discipline.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is required, with a proven ability to establish rapport and conduct effective therapy sessions remotely.

• Residence in the United States is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $122,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
