Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as behavior modification and assertiveness training while providing supportive therapy tailored to individual patient needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments by gathering comprehensive data relating to the medical, social, and emotional contexts of patients and their families using refined interviewing techniques, extensive consultation with our healthcare team, and chart analysis.

• Develop, implement, and continuously revise personalized treatment plans based on ongoing psychosocial assessments, ensuring that the unique concerns, strengths, and spiritual or cultural values of patients and families are prioritized.

• Facilitate and lead educational and therapeutic groups aimed at fostering recovery, documenting patient goals, and analyzing responses to therapeutic activities effectively.

• Establish strategic alliances with community resources and advocate on behalf of patients for aftercare support that addresses long-term recovery needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will be on individuals navigating the complexities of detoxification and early recovery, along with their families. Recognizing the diverse challenges they face, including co-occurring disorders, you will be equipped to provide empathetic support tailored to each patient’s unique psychosocial landscape.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active California LCSW license, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, reflecting your experience and caseload.
