Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will play a critical role in providing psychotherapy and mental health services to individuals in our detox program. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to effectively understand each patient’s mental health and substance use history, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to address the unique needs of your clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Attending regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on care strategies with psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists.

• Delivering psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery.

• Staying informed about the latest developments in mental health care, integrating evidence-based practices into your clinical work to improve patient outcomes.

You will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and transitioning from substance dependence. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
