Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities aimed at improving client outcomes and enhancing their journey towards recovery. Your specific duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify client needs and develop person-centered treatment plans.

• Delivering psychotherapy sessions employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client preferences and conditions.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our internal quality assurance protocols.

• Facilitating coordination with fellow team members to ensure integrated care. You will actively participate in team meetings aimed at reviewing case studies and treatment strategies.

• Providing counseling and education to clients and their families, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources to better understand mental health and recovery processes.

• Staying abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field, leveraging research to inform clinical practice and improve treatment methodologies.

• Managing a full caseload, ensuring that clients’ treatment goals are achieved effectively, while adhering to the highest professional ethics set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
