Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Riverplace Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status, examining emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment planning.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate a holistic approach to patient care.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient responses and feedback from the healthcare team.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources.
