Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Senior LCSW, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals entering the detox program to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based and solution-focused interventions.

• Implementing various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address the unique psychological needs of each patient.

• Keeping precise and current clinical documentation to comply with HIPAA standards while ensuring that relevant information is easily accessible for effective treatment outcomes.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to formulate and revise integrated treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Engaging in regular case discussions to share insights and strategies, thereby enhancing the overall quality of care delivered, and participating in continued education initiatives to stay abreast of the latest trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals in recovery from substance use disorders who may also be facing co-occurring mental health issues. You will work with a diverse patient population, tailoring your approaches to the specific cultural and personal contexts of each individual, thus ensuring that our clients receive compassionate, individualized care geared toward their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
