Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary role as a Senior LCSW will involve:

• Implementing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-based interventions, taking into account client preferences and treatment goals.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to HIPAA regulations while ensuring timely updates for each client’s treatment progress.

• Collaborating closely with other mental health professionals within an interdisciplinary team to facilitate coordinated care and assess patient outcomes effectively.

• Participating in clinical meetings and case presentations to refine treatment approaches and share insights based on current research and advancements in mental health treatment.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health resources, treatment options, and coping strategies.

You will be primarily working with clients undergoing detox treatment, addressing various mental health challenges tied to substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
