Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of each client, including therapeutic techniques for anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans based on those assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and culturally competent methodologies to ensure effective treatment delivery.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary through ongoing feedback and clinical observations.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities suited to clients' needs.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, integrating care approaches to address the full spectrum of mental health and addiction issues faced by clients.

• Provide educational resources to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients undergoing detoxification from substances and those struggling with co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
