Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver exceptional client service by developing strong therapeutic relationships and collaborating within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team to fulfill the organization's mission.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Document each session in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in clinical notes, treatment plan updates, and assessments.

• Conduct a minimum of 25 client-facing sessions weekly to foster optimal client engagement and therapeutic outcomes, while ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

• Network with case managers, medical personnel, families, and other staff members to coordinate holistic care plans that address the diverse needs of our clients.

• Participate in ongoing training, clinical meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to current trends in mental health care.

• Engage in outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and expand community connections.

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from the Clinical Director and contribute to departmental meetings with relevant updates and insights.

The clientele encompasses individuals struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
