Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students to determine their mental health needs, carefully analyzing their emotional, developmental, and social histories.

• Design and implement individualized care plans that are data-driven and tailored to meet the specific needs of each student, ensuring measurable outcomes and ongoing assessment of progress.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to facilitate sessions effectively and adapt to each student's unique circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation that complies with state laws and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all records reflect the highest standards of care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with educators, counselors, and healthcare professionals to create a supportive network for each student, enhancing the overall quality of care.

• Empower students and families by providing relevant mental health resources, coping strategies, and workshops that enhance their ability to navigate challenges.

• Continuously seek out new therapeutic techniques and best practices, integrating them into care delivery to ensure our methodologies stay current and effective.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support students facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and social difficulties. Many of the clients may require additional resources, and it is your role to equip them and their families with the tools necessary for improvement and resilience, thereby providing a safe space where they can express themselves freely.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
\n
• A strong foundation in social work ethics and client-centered practices, with a commitment to fostering mental health equity.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume clinical setting and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills, ready to address complex situations with logical reasoning.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in a clinical social work role, preferably within school or adolescent mental health services.

• Experience with tools such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telehealth platforms to enhance service delivery and documentation.

• Familiarity with the educational environment and the ability to bridge gaps between mental health support and educational success.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, accompanied by a competitive benefits package that includes:
