This position is designed to be performed remotely, allowing for flexible interactions with students, educators, and families across Paterson, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of students dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.

• Utilize a range of psychological assessments to accurately assess and diagnose students’ mental health conditions, ensuring data-driven treatment plans.

• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and other healthcare providers to create comprehensive support systems for students.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals, methods, and benchmarks for success, centering the treatment around the student’s unique circumstances.

• Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support, particularly in instances involving high-risk behaviors, including suicidal ideation or substance abuse crises.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards.

• Engage actively in team meetings, professional development workshops, and continuous education initiatives to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services, especially within educational settings, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
