Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their individual needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may incorporate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to promote resilience, recovery from dependencies, and empower clients toward meaningful change.

• Maintain precise and compliant documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to meet both state and federal regulations.

• Engage with the clinical director to conduct chart audits, ensuring quality and compliance in all clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with team members during staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions, fostering a shared learning culture aimed at improving organizational processes.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall standard of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, emphasizing mental health or clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
