Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Circles Behavioral and Recovery Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students and developing individualized treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances and challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide effective interventions tailored to each student's needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance and uphold the highest standards of care.

• Engaging collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for your clients.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at promoting continuous improvement in service delivery and clinical practice.

• Providing psychoeducation to students and their families regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources that may enhance their support systems.

• Staying abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and practice, and integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic approach to ensure the best possible care.

This role focuses primarily on students within school settings, who may experience various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. You will work closely with diverse populations, including children and adolescents from different cultural backgrounds, ensuring that your approach is sensitive to their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly in a school or community-based setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
