Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set measurable goals and define specific interventions tailored to clients.
\n
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, developing risk assessments and safety plans to mitigate immediate concerns.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that client records reflect all interventions and progress.

• Oversee and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that empower clients and enhance their coping strategies.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse caseload of children and adolescents, many of whom are navigating the complexities of school and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
