Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for students.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, including risk assessments and crafting safety plans to manage acute mental health situations.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to empower students and families with coping strategies and mental health resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications\n
