Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Renewed Harmony Counseling, your everyday responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of students to identify mental health concerns, preferences, and specific needs accurately.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, facilitating effective interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA standards, ensuring that confidentiality and privacy are upheld at all times.

• Engaging in collaborative care by working closely with school personnel, including educators and administrators, to address the broader mental health needs of students.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review sessions that promote professional growth and consistent improvement of therapeutic practices.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment approaches, and community resources available for additional support.

• Staying informed about the latest research developments in mental health, applying this knowledge to enhance your therapeutic practices and improve patient outcomes.

• Managing a complete caseload efficiently, monitoring treatment progress and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure goals are met effectively.

Your work will primarily involve children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this role:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
