Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of students in need of support for symptoms related to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, including individual, family, and group therapy.

• Establish and maintain rapport and trust with clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment conducive to therapy.

• Conduct evidence-based, developmentally appropriate assessments to tailor care plans that address specific student needs.

• Implement and monitor integrated care plans, coordinating with family members, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

• Proactively address crises, utilizing effective intervention strategies to stabilize students in acute situations.

• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents experiencing varying levels of emotional distress and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
