Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address individual mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to create an engaging and effective therapeutic experience for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
