Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients both in a virtual office setting and in the community, conducting assessments, triage, and therapy.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring coordinated care among different providers.

• Maintain and document detailed records of client interactions, treatment progress, and service delivery outcomes in compliance with best practices and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings to promote collaboration and identify common goals, ensuring a unified approach to mental health support.

• Offer crisis intervention and support services, responding effectively to emergencies and urgent client needs.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings to determine the necessity for intensive assessments and additional services as appropriate.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
