This position offers a flexible work setting, allowing you to support students and families remotely while collaborating closely with school professionals. Our full-time working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable schedule conducive to work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and implement tailored support packages for clients, enabling them to overcome personal and environmental challenges, with a particular focus on fostering healthy coping mechanisms.

• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess the current needs, strengths, and weaknesses of clients to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment strategies regularly, adjusting plans based on client progress and emerging needs.

• Provide crisis intervention during client sessions, utilizing problem-solving techniques to de-escalate potentially harmful situations.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings to integrate different perspectives and approaches to client care.

• Make referrals to community services based on assessed needs, ensuring that clients have access to additional resources for recovery and support.

• Serve as a key worker, advocating for clients and liaising with external agencies to facilitate holistic support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
