This position is a remote role, allowing for flexibility while working closely with educators and other health professionals within school environments. You will spend your time developing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure students receive well-rounded support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to identify mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate individual and group therapy sessions, along with other evidence-based practices tailored to the school environment.

• Lead therapy sessions focused on skill-building, emotional regulation, and fostering resilience in students facing mental health and substance use issues.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate continuously with teachers, school counselors, and other educational staff to create relevant strategies for student support.

• Regularly participate in team meetings and clinical supervision to discuss ongoing client needs and improve our collective practice.

Your focus will be on students, including adolescents with varying needs related to mental health, substance use disorders, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focusing on mental health and substance use issues within educational or community settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Forge Recovery Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
