Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' psychosocial needs, taking into account emotional, mental, and social factors that impact their educational experience.

• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with students and their families, ensuring alignment with personal goals and therapeutic preferences.

• Provide counseling and emotional support to students dealing with anxiety, depression, and other life challenges, equipping them with tools to facilitate personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
