Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to evaluate student needs and formulate personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and professionalism.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and educational staff, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for students.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to review treatment plans and enhance the overall quality of care.

• Educate and support students and their families about mental health conditions, available resources, and coping strategies to enhance resilience and promote informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting a solid academic foundation in social work practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
