You will work with a variety of clients through live video therapy sessions, utilizing a state-of-the-art electronic medical records (EMR) system that incorporates artificial intelligence to streamline patient interactions, documentation, and treatment plan adjustments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic care through weekly synchronous video sessions, addressing the emotional and psychological needs of adults experiencing various disorders.

• Collaborate with fellow social workers and multidisciplinary providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to monitor client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring that all patient records are up to date and compliant with best practices and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
