Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs of each student facing symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.

• Provide ongoing individual, group, and family therapy services, instilling hope and empowering clients to achieve their recovery goals.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that coordinate with educational staff and other healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive support for each student.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to ensure clients receive effective services focused on their presenting issues and needs.

• Participate in professional development activities and case reviews to enhance your clinical skills and contribute to the agency's continuous improvement initiatives.

• Engage in crisis intervention and safety assessments, ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to protect and support clients in distress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
