Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Harmony Family Support, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of students to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based, solution-focused interventions.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices specific to adolescent mental health.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards and organizational policies, ensuring accurate and timely records of patient interactions.

• Engage in regular collaboration with school staff, including teachers, counselors, and administrators, to provide coordinated care and support for students.

• Participate in weekly case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and engage in peer support.

• Educate and empower students and their families regarding mental health issues, available resources, and interventions, fostering resilience and positive coping strategies.

• Staying current with the latest research developments in the field of mental health by attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve students ranging from elementary to high school age, many of whom face challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By providing individualized and culturally competent care, you will support their mental well-being, enhancing their capacity for learning and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reinforcing your academic credentials.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
