Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients in an outpatient pain clinic, applying therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate weekly psychoeducational classes designed to empower clients with coping strategies and psychoeducation relevant to their conditions.

• Conduct brief therapeutic interventions for individuals involved in the Functional Restoration Program (FRP) and monitor their clinical progress.
\n
• Perform thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for your active caseload, utilizing best practices in pain psychology.

• Collaborate with other clinic modalities, making appropriate referrals to enhance holistic patient care.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment processes meticulously within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals who are navigating the emotional repercussions of work-related injuries, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic pain. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges that require specialized approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active California License for a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
