Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and engage clients in individualized and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, assessing risk factors and determining appropriate referrals for various support systems, ensuring clients have access to comprehensive care.

• Document patient records meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all client interactions and treatment plans are accurately recorded and maintained.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, contributing insights and sharing knowledge to enhance therapeutic techniques and foster a supportive work culture that prioritizes clinical excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will support a diverse client population ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and family dynamics. You will address the psychological needs of clients receiving care in our Hospice Center, aiding them and their families in coping with complex emotional terrain during difficult times. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients toward healthier life choices and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Compensation and Benefits\n
