Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health concerns and support needs of clients, including determining their strengths and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop, implement, and continually evaluate personalized treatment plans that include clear goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes tailored to each client.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive and coordinated client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, engaging in risk assessments and developing effective safety plans for high-risk clients.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to foster community and shared experiences among clients.

Qualifications\n
