Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and substance use histories to determine their individual needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client feedback.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to facilitate recovery.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and adherence to confidentiality regulations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant laws.

• Partner with psychiatrists, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists to provide comprehensive, integrated care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental well-being, available resources, and effective coping strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans, integrating new research findings to continually enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients recovering from substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. This population may include individuals navigating complex emotional issues, trauma histories, or co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
