Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to gather information on clients’ mental health history, strengths, and challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, to promote client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists and counselors, to ensure holistic care.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families, empowering them to engage in their recovery journeys.

• Stay abreast of current mental health research and best practices to continuously enhance treatment delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Washington.
