Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that encompass psychosocial evaluations, and diagnostic interviews, specifically tailored for individuals undergoing detoxification.

• Work closely with patients to formulate personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, goals, and cultural contexts.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across various formats including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and collaborate with healthcare colleagues to ensure continuous support for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ranging from progress notes to discharge summaries, aligning with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with crucial knowledge and coping skills to manage their health effectively.

• Engage proactively in multidisciplinary team meetings, maintaining robust communication lines for coordinated patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
