Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management, advocating for necessary services on behalf of clients.

• Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, ensuring that students have a post-treatment support network in place.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, promoting a healthy relationship with food while addressing any underlying psychological issues related to nutrition.

• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances, taking into account their intersecting identities and backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with students ranging from elementary to high school, providing them with mental health support that enables them to navigate academic pressures and social challenges. The LCSW will address a broad spectrum of concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma, promoting resilience and coping strategies among youth.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
