Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker in this role will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status, utilizing established diagnostic tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Formulating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and relevant stakeholders that reflect cultural sensitivities and the diverse backgrounds of the populations we serve.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to facilitate patient progress, while continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, using the latest electronic health record systems in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Fostering collaborative relationships with patients, their families, and various treatment providers to ensure comprehensive care and seamless referrals.

• Providing mentorship and guidance to students and interns, aiding in their professional development and skill enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals and families impacted by cancer diagnoses, addressing their unique emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

Applicants for this position must meet the following qualifications:
