Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs through virtual consultations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, primarily via telehealth, to a diverse client base.

• Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 25 clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and progress evaluations.

• Collaborate with other professionals within the school environment, including educators and school psychologists, to develop tailored intervention strategies.

• Document sessions comprehensively using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices in social work and mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients in school settings, working with adolescents and young adults who may be facing various challenges including anxiety, depression, academic pressures, and social issues. You will also have the opportunity to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, enhancing your cultural competence while contributing to their mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license valid in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, particularly in counseling settings.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals is highly regarded but not mandatory.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems for clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
