Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mindful Cascade Echos Health Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate established best practices and solution-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Administering therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop coping mechanisms and enhance their emotional resilience.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while safeguarding the privacy of your clients.

• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide coordinated care for students.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine treatment approaches and improve clinical outcomes.

• Providing education and resources to both clients and their families about mental health challenges and available community support systems.

• Staying abreast of advancements in the field of mental health to integrate new research findings into your practice.

• Effectively managing a full caseload and ensuring timely progress towards treatment goals while adhering to the ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of school-aged children and adolescents, who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. It is essential to approach each case with sensitivity and understanding, as many of these young individuals may face significant emotional and environmental stressors that impact their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
