Work Environment\n

Our normal working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Back on Track Counseling & Consulting, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive psychosocial assessments of students to identify their mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, enabling targeted interventions.

• Providing individualized counseling sessions aimed at disease management, coping strategies, and health education, tailored to each student's circumstances.
\n
• Collaborating with students and an interdisciplinary healthcare team to design and implement personalized care plans focused on behavioral modifications and lifestyle adjustments.

• Facilitating synchronous and asynchronous goal-setting sessions that aid students in managing chronic conditions and their associated mental health issues.
\n
• Conducting regular outreach to students using their preferred communication methods, encouraging engagement, and promoting positive behavioral changes.

• Meticulously documenting patient interactions, treatment progress, and care plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure transparency and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of students from various backgrounds, ages, and socio-economic statuses, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.

We offer a competitive compensation package that ranges between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
