Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students and families to identify their current conditions, needs, strengths, and weaknesses, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique situations.

• Design and implement tailored support packages, setting measurable goals and developing strategies to help clients manage their complexities effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, demonstrating keen awareness and responsiveness to clients’ emotional and psychological states.

• Maintain detailed and accurate case records and documentation, reporting on clients’ progress and modifying treatment plans to reflect their evolving needs.

• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary teams, providing insights and recommendations based on clinical evaluations and observations.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources and services, enhancing clients’ access to additional support systems during their recovery journey.

• Participate actively in case conferences, advocacy efforts, and may provide testimony in court when required.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
