Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students, ranging from elementary through high school, who may be facing various challenges, including socio-economic difficulties, mental health issues, family dynamics, and barriers to educational success. You will create safe and trusted spaces for these youth and their families to explore their challenges and strengths.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-informed care, social justice issues, and advocacy practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
