Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of patients' mental health status using clinical tools and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to develop individualized care plans.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions and regularly assess patient progress to adapt treatment strategies effectively, ensuring treatment success aligned with mental health diagnoses.

• Document and maintain accurate treatment records, reports, and other clinical information in compliance with regulatory requirements and department protocols, leveraging modern technology.

• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and clinical teams to formulate comprehensive treatment plans that respect cultural diversity and cater to unique patient needs.

• Provide guidance and support to patients by anticipating safety concerns, symptom reduction strategies, and navigating their treatment options.

• Establish and foster professional relationships with referral agencies and other clinicians to strengthen patient support networks.

• Engage in educational mentorship for students, interns, and other healthcare personnel to cultivate the next generation of social work professionals.

• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence by participating in peer reviews, chart audits, and collaborative initiatives under the direction of your clinical supervisor.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
