Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of students.

• Collaborate closely with educational staff, including teachers, school psychologists, and counselors, as well as healthcare clinicians, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to create and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services during critical situations, offering immediate support to students in distress and coordinating referrals to appropriate additional resources, such as mental health services or support groups as needed.

• Diligently maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documentation, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of privacy and care.

• Engage actively in staff meetings, case discussions, and peer supervision sessions to foster professional growth and the delivery of high-quality care for our young clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support students facing mental health challenges, varying from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and trauma. This specialized position entails direct involvement with students from diverse backgrounds, across different age groups, enriching their academic experiences while addressing their mental well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, leading to appropriate licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
