Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health status, identifying their strengths and challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual student needs.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, teachers, and school counselors to coordinate care and ensure that each student’s treatment aligns with their educational goals.

• Educate students and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, fostering transparency and understanding.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, applying appropriate therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.

• Develop and update individualized treatment plans that reflect student preferences and aspirations, continuously involving them in their recovery process.

• Guide students through the often-complex mental health system, advocating for their rights and ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n
